We want you to love your Velora purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@velora.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items not in original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velora.com with a photo and we'll resolve it promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
